At Inteyoga, we aim to enable the students to learn all these techniques, under one roof. Anyone more than 12 years of age can follow the teachings of Inteyoga with ease and effect. We invite you to embark on a transformative journey, with Inteyoga’s range of residential programs. Our offerings include TTC Integrated Restorative Yoga (RYT 200 hrs & 300 hrs), eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs), and the enriching ATTC 300 hrs Kriya yoga (Chakra sadhna, Prana vidya, Kundalini Yoga).

All our courses are accredited by Yoga Alliance International, ensuring a globally recognized standard of yoga education.

Dr. Ashutosh is known for his work in Yoga and Ayurveda in India. He serves as the founder-director of Swami Krishnananda Yoga Vidyapeeth, and InteYoga. Emphasizing the use of yoga for mental, physical, and spiritual health, he incorporates Sanskrit texts to authenticate his teachings – highlighting the deep connection between Hatha Yoga, Acupuncture, Ayurveda, and modern medicine. His approach focuses on the preventive and restorative aspects of yoga, advocating its clinical application while promoting overall health and well-being through holistic practices.
