  • Shatkarma:- Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Trataka, Kunjal, Kapalbhati, Shankh prakshalana, Agnisara.
  • Asana:- Basic asana (standing, sitting, lying down, balancing, inverted asana), Complementary asana, Counter poses,  Advance asana (Sivananda, Satyananda, and Hatha), Use of props, Sun salutation (basic and advance), Therapeutic application, Specialized Back banding Classes, Specialized Hip opening and Shoulder opening.
  • Pranayama:- Yogic breathing, Nadi Shodhan, Surya Bhedan, Ujjayi,Bhramari
  • Pratyahara:- Yoga Nidra (Level 1 and Level 2)
  • Mantra yoga:- Gayatri Mantra, Mahamrityunjaya mantra, Durga
  • Bhakti yoga:- Kirtan.
  • Yoga philosophy:- Hatha Yoga Pradeepika (chapter 1 and 2), Patanjali Yoga Darshan (chapter 1 and 2).
