  • This intensive 300-hour residential teacher training is designed for sincere practitioners and yoga teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, restorative practices, therapeutic applications of yoga, meditation, and internal yogic practices.
  • The course integrates different styles of Hatha Yoga, including Satyananda Yoga and Sivananda Yoga, along with Raja Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Karma Yoga. It provides sincere sadhakas with the opportunity to dive deeply into important esoteric practices of Antarang Yoga, including Yoga Nidra, Chakra Sadhana, and Prana Vidya.
  • Seekers must acknowledge that this course is not designed as a holiday retreat. It is an intensive residential yoga teacher training for sincere students only. Students should be in good physical and mental health to participate in and imbibe the essence of the practices shared through this residential yoga teacher training course.
  • The program begins with a strong foundation in asana and pranayama, and then gradually progresses towards deeper internal practices such as Ajapa Japa, Antar Mauna, Mantra Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chakra Sadhana, Prana Vidya, and Dhyana.
  • Led by a qualified medical doctor and Yogacharya, Dr. Ashutosh Krishnananda, this course combines a challenging code of conduct with traditional yogic discipline and a structured, practical, and safety-conscious approach to teaching.
