Welcome to Inteyoga. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Inteyoga Shala LLP (“Inteyoga”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including all yoga teacher training courses, retreats, workshops, online programs, and related services offered by us. By accessing our website, submitting an application, making a booking, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only after:
- Submission of any required application;
- Acceptance by Inteyoga;
- Receipt of the applicable deposit or course fee.
Inteyoga reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
3. Fees and Payments
All course fees displayed on our website are subject to applicable taxes. Payments may be processed through third-party providers including, but not limited to:
- Razorpay
- Stripe
Participants are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, taxes, or transaction fees imposed by their financial institution.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
Refunds, cancellations, and transfers are governed by our Refund Policy. Any approved refund shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy and credited to the original payment method where possible. Approval of any transfer, credit, rescheduling request, or exception remains at Inteyoga’s sole discretion.
5. Course Modifications
Inteyoga reserves the right to modify:
- Course schedules;
- Curriculum and course content;
- Class timings;
- Instructors and guest teachers;
- Accommodation arrangements of an equivalent standard;
- Course venues where reasonably necessary.
Minor changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, refund, or legal claim.
6. Accommodation and Meals
For residential programs, accommodation and meals are provided according to the package selected by the participant. Participants are expected to respect the facilities, staff, fellow students, and local community throughout their stay. Inteyoga reserves the right to recover costs arising from deliberate damage to property caused by a participant.
7. Health and Medical Responsibility
Participation in yoga training involves physical activity. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for determining whether you are physically, mentally, and medically fit to participate.
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have any medical condition, injury, or health concern.
- You will inform Inteyoga of any significant medical condition that may affect your participation.
Inteyoga shall not be responsible for injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, medical expenses, or healthcare costs incurred before, during, or after participation. Participants remain responsible for obtaining any desired travel, health, or medical insurance.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and supportive learning environment. Inteyoga reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour:
- Disrupts the program;
- Harasses staff or participants;
- Creates safety concerns;
- Damages property;
- Violates applicable laws or school policies.
In such cases, no refund, transfer, credit, accommodation reimbursement, or compensation shall be due.
9. Certification
Certification is awarded only upon satisfactory completion of all course requirements, attendance requirements, assignments, assessments, and practical evaluations. Enrollment and payment do not guarantee certification.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, recordings, presentations, logos, trademarks, photographs, and educational content provided by Inteyoga remain the intellectual property of Inteyoga Shala LLP. Reproduction, distribution, recording, resale, publication, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
11. Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during courses, retreats, and events for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings should notify Inteyoga in writing before the start of the program.
12. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Inteyoga shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inteyoga and its instructors shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury;
- Illness;
- Loss or theft of personal belongings;
- Travel disruptions;
- Visa issues;
- Currency exchange losses;
- Indirect or consequential losses.
Participants attend and participate in programs at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inteyoga’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant to Inteyoga for the relevant program.
14. Force Majeure
Inteyoga shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or modifications caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, utility failures, or civil unrest.
15. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
