A letter from our founder
Gift-It-Forward
Message from the founder –
Blessed Self,
Pranams.
It is our pleasure to announce, after a gap of 7 years, our plans to restart the much-awaited Advanced Yoga TTC courses in Sernabatim, Colva, South Goa, India.
As expressed earlier, our dream is to keep this course true to the spirit of yoga by following the principle of Gift-it-Forward. This means that there is no fee for participating in the course. Let every true seeker receive.
During the training, we shall encourage every sincere participant to:
- Follow a challenging code of conduct
- Immerse themselves in authentic yoga practices
- Imbibe the essence of Raja Yoga and Hatha Yoga
- Experience inner illumination
- Carry forward the torch of “Learn, Serve, Love, Give”
- Light up a life
- Make a difference
At the conclusion of the program, if you feel that the training has initiated a meaningful transformation in your life, we invite you to consider supporting our Gift-it-Forward initiative.
However, there is no obligation to contribute.
Each participant may decide for themselves what potential the training has to bring about change in their life. Guided by their own evaluation of the course, they may respectfully choose not to contribute at all or offer any amount they feel is appropriate.
If you consider it worthwhile to become a Yoga Alliance (US)- and IYA (India)-certified graduate of the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC), we humbly invite you to sponsor a future aspirant by covering the training costs for one student. Your contribution will help sustain and expand this movement.
“The lamps of yoga have been lit. May your act of generosity keep their light shining brightly. Every drop matters.”
Help another sincere seeker receive the same gift that touched your life. In doing so, the wisdom of yoga will continue to flow from one heart to another, making this training accessible to earnest seekers while preserving the timeless spirit of love, generosity, and seva.
Currently, Inteyoga is offering a fully residential Advanced 300-Hour TTC in Integrated Restorative Yoga, including Yoga Nidra, Chakra Sadhana, and Prana Vidya Intensive course. As this is an intensive course, admission is open only to students who have successfully completed at least a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC 200) or an equivalent yoga teacher training qualification.
Once your spot is conditionally approved (we will notify you via email), please provide the following:
- Prerequisite Certificate (due within 7 days of receiving conditional approval): A copy of your 200-Hour TTC certificate (or an equivalent yoga teacher training certificate or degree).
- Travel Ticket (due at least 30 days before the course begins): A copy of your travel ticket. This helps us ensure that your reserved place does not remain unused if your plans change.
Please reach out using any of our contact methods if any assistance is required.
Stay connected, stay blessed.
