Inteyoga’s 300-hour programme is conducted as a short-term yoga programme for personal growth and deeper yogic study. It consists of 43 training days plus 1 arrival day and 1 departure day, making a total of 45 days – well below six months. Participants receive a certificate of participation or successful completion, not an academic degree, diploma or government-recognised professional qualification. The programme can therefore be attended under an eligible Indian e-Tourist Visa, and a Student Visa is not required for Inteyoga’s programme.
