This intensive residential course is for yoga teachers and practitioners seeking deeper study of Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, restorative practices, meditation and internal yogic practices.

The programme begins with a strong foundation in asana and pranayama, then progresses towards Ajapa Japa, Antar Mauna, Mantra Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chakra Sadhana, Prana Vidya and Dhyana.

Students will explore a progressive and practical approach to asana practice.

Traditional cleansing practices will be introduced carefully, under direct supervision, and only where suitable for the individual participant.

The course includes residential accommodation and a simple yogic meal plan.

Food is vegetarian, dairy-free, and vegan-friendly. The meal plan follows the principle of Mitahara: simple, clean, balanced, and supportive of disciplined practice.

Living and learning together

This is a residential teacher training, not a leisure retreat. The course includes an intentional daily rhythm, early mornings, structured practice, vegetarian food, limited distractions, and a code of conduct designed to support focused learning.

Students are encouraged to arrive with humility, commitment, openness, and respect for fellow participants, teachers, the residential environment, and the traditional practices being shared.
