Practice · Rest · Shared living
A place to settle into practice.
Coming to Inteyoga means making space for a different daily rhythm. During the advanced residential programme, the centre becomes your home for practice, meals, rest and time with fellow students.
Our centre is in Sernabatim, Colva, South Goa, India. The coastal setting is part of everyday life here, while the course provides a steady focus for your time in Goa.
Staying at the centre.
Life at the centre is simple. Shared rooms and common spaces bring students together, with room in the daily routine for both conversation and quiet time.
- Accommodation for the advanced residential programme is shared, with twin or triple occupancy.
- Rooms are allocated by the centre. Sharing a room is part of living and learning together, so consideration for each other’s rest and belongings matters.
- Accommodation and meals are included in the current advanced residential programme. The Gift-it-Forward model carries no course fee or obligation to contribute.
Meals that fit the rhythm of the day.
Meals are vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan-friendly. Our approach follows Mitahara: eating with awareness and moderation, in a way that supports the daily practice.
- The course routine includes lunch or brunch and dinner.
- Herbal tea and fruit are offered twice a day.
- Please let us know about allergies or dietary requirements before you arrive, so we can discuss them with you.
A day shaped by practice and rest.
The residential programme follows a structured daily schedule. Early mornings and guided sessions are balanced with meals and time to rest, helping you settle into a consistent routine over the weeks.
- Take part in guided practice and the scheduled course activities.
- Use the breaks to rest, reflect and give yourself time to absorb what you have experienced.
- Friendships are a natural part of shared living, while practice and learning remain the focus of the programme.
A little of Goa around you.
Sernabatim, Colva and Benaulim offer a glimpse of coastal village life, with beaches, small shops and places to eat nearby. Margao is the main town in this part of South Goa.
When the schedule allows, a walk, a local errand or a quiet moment by the sea can be a welcome change of pace. Plan outings around the programme, and leave yourself time to rest.

We are renovating the centre as we prepare for residential teaching to return in December 2026. We will share photographs of the completed spaces as they become ready.
Your first course day is your arrival day, and your final course day is your departure day. Please plan to join us on the scheduled arrival date so that everyone can begin the programme together.
If you have a medical, dietary, mobility or other practical requirement, please speak with us before arranging your stay. Knowing what you need helps us explain what the centre can offer and plan with you.
